Uniqube: How it all started
I’ve been building military-style models for 11 years — simply because I’ve always enjoyed the process. It began as a personal hobby when I couldn't find the kind of sets I was looking for.

In 2022, I started sharing my work with a wider audience. That’s how UNIQUBE was born — a small project that gradually grew into a team effort.

The first steps
At that time, I was working as a picker at Leroy Merlin. The only resources are the experience of creating models. The name Uniqube comes from a combination of "unique" (Uniq) and "cube". The logo was drawn by my childhood best friend.

Year of preparation: In search of quality
Active work began in April 2022. I chose 5 models and set a goal to make them as high-quality as possible. It took a lot of time to develop the design and find reliable suppliers of parts. Now, looking at the first models, I see how my skill has grown. And that's the main thing — we're not standing still.
Opening
The preparation took almost a year. In June 2023, the Uniqube started working. Limited resources, the need to check every detail and complete each set manually (an average of 300+ parts) – all this made the start difficult, but possible.
What is this project really about
From the very beginning, I wanted to create not just a store, but a whole community and unite different people with a common hobby. Therefore, you will not find daily purchase calls in our social media. We share thematic content.

The team: How we grew up
At first, I did everything myself: promotion, order collection, shipping. It would have been much harder without the support of loved ones.Later, he began to assemble a team. I wasn't just looking for employees based on resumes, but people with the right values and approach to business, even if they didn't have direct experience. The main thing is potential and attitude.
Our principles
Everyone is important: We value everyone who is with us: the fighter who reads our Telegram during breaks, the teenager who rejoices at the donated kit, everyone in the team. Our way: We avoid patterns, both in social media and in model development.Quality and honesty: We have no separation between VIP and regular customers. Each customer receives our best product and the level of service that we value ourselves.

How models are created
We develop each new model carefully. We are working promptly, but without haste. Important stages: 1. We think over the design and reliable construction.2. We make the instructions as clear as possible.3. We assemble and test the prototype. The whole process from idea to sales takes about 3 months.

Product range
Our main goal is to create our own unique models. However, if we see a truly high-quality product from a third-party manufacturer that fully complies with our standards and principles, we can add it to the range. This allows you to offer you more variety without compromising on quality.
